From black to green and everything in between....we all have a tea story! What's your's? Post by Midnight, April 30, 2011 CST and receive a coupon redeemable for a FREE tea sample!
I first met tea in bagged form and wasn't too fond of it. I kept some around for those times I wanted something other than water or wanted something calorie-free but we didn't hang out often.
Then, one day, I was wandering around Oakbrook mall and was thirsty. I walked past the Teavana store and they had a chai sample. I like chai and the container mentioned something about appetite supression and since I was also kind of in the mood for a snack, I figured this sample was a better alternative to grabbing some starbucks. Holy crap it was yummy!
I was there a few days later getting my husband's computer fixed. Wouldn't you know it the Apple store is nearly right next to Teavana...another sample was acquired and somehow 4 oz and two tins followed me home.
Now I drink tea nearly every day, and those that I don't, I miss it terribly.
